Providing images for the aviation industry and individuals, echoalpha have a wealth of experience of photography - both on the ground and in the air.As a Canon Professional Services member we have access to a wide selection of equipment to capture quality images whilst ensuring the highest levels of safety are adhrered to. All elements are checked and double-checked before any assignment, and are subject to a constant schedule of improvement.
Aerial work
Achieving successful air-to-air, air-to-ground and photography of aircraft whilst airbourne requires detailed planning to ensure the safety of photographer and flightcrew. echoalpha work closely with both client and pilots to maximise photographic opportunities whilst minimising disruption to normal flying procedures. We can provide our own flight safety equipment (headset, helmet, flightsuit, etc) and assist with any pre-flight planning required.
Ground work
echoalpha fully realise that aviation life happens on the ground as well as in the air, and we are comfortable photographing in the often hostile environment of an active airfield. Familiar with airside operating and safety procedures, we can provide images of the "lesser seen" side of aviation.Equipped with a Land Rover Defender 90, echoalpha are able to access remote locations with ease, both on and off the airfield. The vehicle has been modified for aviation photography use, with additional lighting, enhanced roof access, and a wide-band radio receiver.
